Linda Mae Seguin

Linda Mae Seguin, revered as a pillar of strength and unyielding positivity, passed away on March 11, 2026. Born on March 21, 1949, in Seattle, WA. Linda was known for her warmth, generosity, and the undeniably loving spirit she brought into the world. Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Andre Seguin, and her beloved children. Her son David Seguin, his wife Christine Seguin, and their three children, Lawson, Aspen, and Jonathan. Her daughter, Kerri Seguin. Her Daughter, Kimberly Seguin; her Fiancé, Gregory Dutson; their two children, Darcy and Cillian; and her many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Survived by her brother Edward Carroll, her sister Barbara Ryan, and her brother William Carroll Jr. She is joined in rest by her mother, Genevieve, and her father, William, along with many other loved ones throughout her life. With a hefty family tree and a family consisting of both blood ties and bonds formed from the heart, Linda's reach was as far as it was wide, and she was cherished deeply by many. Among Linda's most significant accomplishments was raising her three children, whom she held as her pride and joy. She served as a Registered nurse for a considerable part of her life before disability. Yet, even amidst the challenges life brought her way, Linda never wavered in her compassion for others. She continued to support her family and extend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her legacy is one of unyielding kindness and generosity. Even with little to spare, Linda continued to give and help others. Even when sick or in pain, she never faltered in caring for her loved ones more than she did for herself. Her life served as a testament to her philosophy, "You can be a survivor, or you can be a victim, “ and “The world moves on, even when we’re not ready." In lieu of flowers, donations to the National MS Society or Providence Animal Rescue League would be greatly appreciated. Linda's loss is deeply felt by her family and all those who knew and loved her. Her memory will continue to live on and inspire strength, resilience, and generosity in those whose lives she touched. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 1st from 4-6pm in the Winfield & Sons Funeral Home, 571 West Greenville Road, Scituate, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations to the National MS Society or Providence Animal Rescue League would be greatly appreciated.
