    Gail P. Hebert

    Hebert, Gail P., died at home after a long and courageous battle with cancer on August 1, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Roland E. Hebert and the daughter of the late Wilbur and Louise (Kershaw) Richards. She was a resident of Bestwick Trail, Coventry since 1995, previously residing in North Kingstown. Mrs. Hebert was the former Executive Director of the R. I. Furniture Bank, Clinical Director of Outpatient Facilities, Edgehill, Newport for 10 years. She was a Principle Health Facility Regulator for the State of R. I. - Department of Health for 13 years. retiring in 2003. Mrs. Hebert was an avid traveler, enjoyed golfing and stained glass work. Mrs. Hebert is survived by her 3 children, Christine M. Curran, Robert J. Moan, Jr., and Curt M. Moan all of Coventry, 6 grandchildren, Paul M. Kauffman of West Warwick, Nathan M. Curran, Sr. of Coventry, Tory A. Moan of Oregon, Nicholas T. Curran of Pawtucket, Tyra L. Moan of West Warwick, Zoe Moan of Coventry, 2 Great Grandchildren, Nathan M Curran, Jr. and Wesley J. Curran both of Coventry. She was the sister of Barbara Gallagher of Warwick, Beverly Gardner of East Greenwich, Joseph Richards of West Kingston, Nancy Goss and the late Carol Millmather. Calling hours will be held on Friday Aug 11, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Winfield & Sons Funeral Home, 571 West Greenville Rd., Scituate. Burial is at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Alliance for Better Long Term Care, 422 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02888 or to the VNA Hospice of RI, 475 Kilvert Street, Warwick, RI 02886.
