Caroline D. (Streeter) Greenhalgh, 58, of East Greenwich, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 13, 2017.

Born at Otis Air Force Base, in Bourne, MA on August 19, 1958, she was the daughter to Russell L. and M. Joan (Caswell) Streeter.  As she grew, she lived in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, Germany, New Mexico and Minnesota before returning to reside in Rhode Island.  Caroline graduated from South Kingstown High School, class of 1976. She worked many places in her lifetime including at the coffee shop at Old Mountain Lanes, Scallop Shell Nursing Home, CVS Pharmacy, the RI DMV, and finally the Rhode Island Veterans Nursing Home in Bristol as a Pharmacy Technician. God had blessed Caroline with such a compassionate heart for the residents there and she found so much joy in her work. She treasured her family and loved to sing as a member of her church’s praise team.

Caroline is survived by her husband, David Greenhalgh, of 35 years and her daughter, Corey Johnson and husband Steve of Coventry. She was a devoted grandmother to Roxy and Ruby. She is also survived by her brothers, Christopher, of Minnesota, and Paul of Wakefield; two nephews, aunts, uncle and many very dear cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service, which will be held on Saturday, August 26 at 3:00 p.m. at her church: Riverpoint Advent Christian Church, 1107 Main Street, (corner of Gough Ave), West Warwick, RI 02893.
